Welcome to InsightFire, a digital fire risk assessment tool developed and maintained by Ambinet Software. InsightFire is designed specifically for NHS Trust hospitals and healthcare organizations to manage fire safety efficiently. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InsightFire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the system.

2. Usage Rights

  • InsightFire is provided as a digital tool to support fire risk assessments within NHS Trusts and other healthcare organizations.
  • The platform may only be used for its intended purpose of conducting and managing fire safety assessments.
  • You may not modify, distribute, or resell the platform in any form without explicit permission from Ambinet Software.

3. System Access and Security

  • Your organization will be provided with login credentials to access InsightFire. You are responsible for safeguarding this information.
  • Unauthorized use of the system, including attempts to breach security or compromise system functionality, is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Collection and Storage

  • InsightFire allows users to collect and store fire risk assessment data, including site-specific information, photographs, and reports.
  • All data entered into the system is securely stored and may only be accessed by authorized users within your organization.

5. System Maintenance

  • InsightFire is designed to operate without requiring extensive IT support. However, Ambinet Software will provide updates, maintenance, and support as necessary.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice but will be minimized to reduce disruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Ambinet Software will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use InsightFire.
  • While we strive for accuracy and functionality, Ambinet Software makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Termination

  • Your access to InsightFire may be suspended or terminated if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use or any applicable regulations governing fire safety.

8. Amendments

Ambinet Software reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of InsightFire after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
